To further support this journey, we are transitioning to a horizontal delivery model aligned to client process outcomes. We are recruiting for a Head of IAS (Investment Accounting Service) Value Team to manage the teams that will build, deliver, and maintain the Investment Accounting Standard Solution.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Launch the IAS Value Team, identify required outcome teams, and act as a change leader for the transformation to IAS Value Team and alignment of the operating model with key stakeholders.
- Lead the team to ensure that the IAS Value Team delivers maximum value to internal and external customers while maintaining operational efficiency and a high level of engagement.
- Drive the effort to ensure that the IAS Value Team will build and maintain a SimCorp One standard solution required to run the IAS Service.
- Identify and address inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the IAS Value Team to enhance overall performance and efficiency, in collaboration with the Value Stream Management Office.
- Plan, execute, and manage the IAS Value Team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals and delivery of highly standardised solutions in alignment with the overall strategy and roadmap of the Business Services Value Stream.
- Collaborate with other Value Team leads in the Business Services Value Stream to ensure alignment and consistency in operational delivery and to meet shared goals.
- Strategically engage, manage, and persuade key stakeholders, managing expectations, communicating progress, and addressing concerns.
- Work collaboratively with SimCorp Managed Business Services, Product Management, and other relevant functions to ensure alignment for repeatable standardised solutions.
- Manage resources (people, budget, time) effectively to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and within budget, ultimately reducing onboarding duration and effort, and creating a more efficient run‑operation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the IAS Value Team performance or project delivery.
What We Value
- 10+ years of experience delivering services to clients who consume mission‑critical, enterprise software.
- Previous experience with SimCorp Dimension is required.
- A history of innovation within the services delivered and the service delivery model, including notable experience with implementing and operating horizontal, DevOps‑aligned delivery models.
- People leadership experience and a proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams.
- Business knowledge within Investment Accounting Services and understanding of client business processes.
- Established experience in collaborating with Product Development, Operations, Consulting and Commercial teams.
- Solid understanding of the technology industry and the fundamentals of a SaaS business.
- Well‑developed analytical and creative problem‑solving skills, with the ability to be practically engaged and focus on details without losing sight of the bigger picture, especially within optimisation and organisational design.
- Skilled in analysing processes with a particular focus on automation and continuous optimisation.
- Ability to mobilise stakeholders and form trusting relationships in a broad organisational context.
- Great collaborative skills, highly motivated colleague who works well with others and is result‑oriented.

Locations and Compensation
Poland: Compensation ranges are disclosed at the initial stage of candidate engagement.
Toronto: Salary range CAD 192,000 – 242,000; base pay may vary based on years of experience, skills and qualifications.
