• Define and execute the company-wide IT and technology strategy to ensure a scalable, secure landscape
• Own enterprise IT capabilities: workplace, identity & access, networks, cloud/infrastructure, and business applications
• Lead IT environments supporting Engineering, including lab IT, EDA, and external connectivity with OT partners
• Establish cybersecurity and data protection capabilities in collaboration with CISO/ISMS, DPO, and Audit
• Build the enterprise architecture, technology portfolio, and vendor governance frameworks
• Develop the data and AI foundation, including AI platforms, governance, and high-impact use cases
• Build and scale the IT organization, including hiring leaders and establishing operating model
• Establish strong operational processes, governance, and service standards to support growth
• Act as a strategic technology partner to senior leadership and collaborate with Engineering and Fab-IT

• Proven senior leadership experience in IT/technology or digital organizations in a high-tech/engineering-driven environment
• Experience leading broad IT landscapes and building capabilities in high-growth or greenfield settings
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and modern architectures
• Experience with AI strategy, data platforms, or digital transformation is highly valued
• Strategic thinking with hands-on, pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management with ability to work with technical experts and executives
• Track record of building teams, driving transformation, and creating scalable technology organizations
