Senior Director, Medical & Scientific Affairs – Specialty Testing

• Setting vision and strategic direction for the Specialty Testing business area
• Leading daily business operations support related to product development and clinical research
• Partnering a as thought leader and Beckman Coulter representative with senior external customers
• Driving scientific and clinical positioning of products pre and post-launch

Requirements

• Doctorate level requirement (M.D., Ph.D, Pharm.D, DNP)
• Minimum of 20 years of medical & clinical affairs experience
• Board-certified hematologist
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Minimum of 5 years of project management skills
