Responsibilities

Oversee and lead the development/deployment of key strategic digital product/solutions
Ensure target business benefits as part of EVERSANA’s digital growth strategy
Engage with senior executives and report on initiative state and performance
Deliver excellent business results through team efforts
Lead development and execution of the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing plan
Assist new business pitch preparation and presentations
Manage Affinity Marketplace SOW Addendums workstream
Lead Omnichannel Advisory Council management and customer engagements
Partner with various teams to define project approaches and plans for omnichannel initiatives
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance

Requirements

18+ years of product leadership/management experience on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions
10+ years of experience with traditional project/program management (managing project managers)
Well-versed in Agile framework
10+ years of experience with managing large-scale, cross-functional and global project teams
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in common software applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
