Senior Director, Partner Executive – Embedded Payment Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and scale Tier-1 embedded payment partnerships while maximizing value across existing relationships
• Identify and engage new partners in core industry verticals; develop executive-level relationships across product, commercial, and technical stakeholders
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential prospects and drive progression from evaluation to commercial agreement and go-to-market launch
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting through contract execution, go live, and beyond
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead solution workshops, develop financial analyses, and refine embedded payments strategy

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, partnerships, payments, or financial services (or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Proven ability to structure deals and drive revenue through partnerships
• Deep knowledge of payment technologies, APIs, and integration processes
• Hands-on experience with technical solutioning, API documentation, and integration workflows
• Familiarity with ERP, eCommerce, and SaaS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Shopify, Adobe) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
• Ability to develop and execute multi-year partnership strategies and drive growth
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills
