Our client, a leading player in the FMCG sector with a strong footprint in consumer electronics, is seeking a Senior Director Sales (m/f/d) to drive B2C growth across traditional sales channels, e-commerce, and key account management. This is a permanent leadership position based in Frankfurt, Germany, where you will shape commercial strategy, manage significant budgets, and lead senior stakeholders and team leaders within our client's team.

Key Skills & Experience

• Director-level leadership (3+ years): Proven experience operating at director level, setting strategy and driving commercial performance.
• FMCG & Consumer Electronics background: Track record with a major FMCG brand and familiarity with consumer electronics, enabling you to navigate fast-moving, competitive markets.
• Large budget management: Experience owning and optimising substantial sales and marketing budgets to deliver measurable ROI.
• Strong leadership & management: Skilled at leading and inspiring teams, including team leaders, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• B2C sales expertise: Deep understanding of end-consumer dynamics and retail environments to drive revenue and market share.
• E-commerce leadership: Experience growing online channels, improving digital customer journeys, and partnering with major platforms.
• Account management: Ability to build, maintain, and grow strategic accounts within Germany and potentially broader markets.
