Senior Electrical Engineer (Sweden/Denmark/Germany)

Senior Electrical Engineer leading the electrical function on complex data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, and mission-critical projects across Europe. You will guide design reviews, installation, commissioning, and handover while coordinating with project teams to maintain quality, safety, and performance. • Lead and coordinate electrical engineering activities across the project life cycle
• Review and interpret electrical designs, specifications, drawings, and submittals
• Provide technical guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and junior engineers
• Monitor electrical installations for compliance with specs and standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, CSA, commissioning, PM)
• Manage procurement activities for electrical equipment and materials
• Participate in design workshops, reviews, and value engineering
• Support planning and track progress against milestones
• Oversee inspection, testing, and commissioning activities
• Identify and resolve technical issues with corrective actions
• Ensure works comply with health, safety, and quality requirements
• Prepare progress reports and assist with handover documentation

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience as Senior Electrical Engineer or similar on large-scale construction projects
• Experience delivering data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, or mission-critical projects
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, power generation, UPS, switchgear, transformers
• Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and designs
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commissioning knowledge and handover requirements
• Familiarity with European electrical standards and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
• Willingness to travel or relocate within Europe
