Senior Electrical Package Manager (d/f/m) – Frankfurt area, Germany

Role Overview
Lead electrical package delivery for high‑impact life science and data center projects in Frankfurt. Manage design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of electrical systems packages through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Lead electrical subcontractors and trade interfaces, manage installation sequencing, testing, commissioning, energisation, and close‑out.
- Oversee MV/LV scopes including busbar systems, earthing & bonding, lighting, small power, UPS, generators, controls, fire alarm, BMS, PMS, and communication systems.
- Provide pre‑construction and tendering technical support and advisory.
- Review design specifications, drawings, cable schedules, schematics; manage RFIs, submittals, and 3D BIM coordination.
- Coordinate with clients, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure deliverables and standards are met.
- Work with project manager and safety advisor on site safety plans, RAMS, LOTO procedures, testing scripts, and quality assurance.
- Track schedules, procurement timelines, subcontractor progress, testing, commissioning, and manpower levels.
- Oversee daily site operations, manage work packages, issue weekly reports, close out issues, and track costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience; at least 5 years in data centre or pharma projects.
- Experience in electrical system design, installation, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover for construction projects.
- Familiarity with site inspections, troubleshooting, and industry safety and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of engineering software (Autodesk, P6 Primavera, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of MV & LV power distribution, lighting, small power, earthing, busbar, UPS, generators, controls, protection, fire alarm, BMS, PMS, and communications.
- Advanced German (B1 or B2) and fluent English.
- Strong work ethic, independent with collaborative capability, proactive, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving skills.
