Senior Electronics Engineer – EMC (DENPAFLUX)

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving innovation in the EMC field.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions. Provide expert EMC consultation and troubleshooting support to customers.
Analyze electronic systems (PCB, schematic, mechanics, requirements, test plans, and reports…) to make EMC assessments.
Conduct EMC (pre)compliance testing to support the customer in their journey.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product and Tech) to improve our service offering.
Help drive innovation in EMC testing and solution methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Background in Electronics Engineering or related field; electronics should be your passion and you should have an obsession with EMC.
5+ years experience in Hardware Design.
Demonstrated experience in EMC testing, troubleshooting and debugging.
Understanding of EMC standards and compliance requirements; you need not know all the standards, just be willing to navigate through them to support customers.
Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity, placing yourself in their shoes and understanding their pains and needs.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with pre‑compliance testing equipment.
Knowledge of international EMC standards (FCC, CE, …).
Experience with customers and company stakeholders.
Project management experience.
