Senior Engineer electrical Tests (f/m/div)

In this role you will support manufacturing operations and the Yield Team to ensure high product quality and yield. You will analyze deviations, implement corrective actions, and optimize electrical test systems. You will plan, procure and validate test systems, and help ramp up production with new technologies. You will collaborate with product development to embed manufacturing needs and train manufacturing personnel. You will play a hands-on role shaping robust test capabilities that enable scalable, high-volume production.

• Support manufacturing operations and the Yield Team to ensure high product quality and production yield, focusing on electrical test systems
• Analyze and track product deviations in the production process and implement corrective actions to reduce defects
• Plan and procure electrical test systems for quality assurance and validation, and support commissioning/qualification of new systems
• Support the tester roadmap and implementation of new products and test technologies, ensuring smooth ramp-ups via validation and process optimization
• Collaborate with product development teams to integrate manufacturing requirements and perform testing/validation during development for high-volume production readiness
• Contribute to training activities and knowledge transfer for manufacturing personnel

• Quality-oriented, hands-on, solution-focused with strong analytical skills
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (ideally with specialization in Power Electronics)
• Approximately 1–3 years in process engineering, electrical test systems, and data analysis
• Knowledge of failure analysis and data-driven process optimization
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and statistical tools (Minitab), Python, and LabVIEW
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent German and English language skills
