Senior Engineer - Intelligent Building Control - BACS (m/f/d)

As a Senior Engineer in Intelligent Building Control, you will lead building automation projects from concept to detail, focusing on BMS/EMS for production environments. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design systems, draft specifications, and manage project budgets and supplier coordination. The role combines engineering rigor with project leadership to deliver reliable, scalable automation for manufacturing facilities. • Independent project management of building automation across varied projects
• Planning of BMS/EMS for production facilities
• Design of systems across all engineering phases (concept, basic, detail)
• Drafting of technical specifications and planning documents
• Budget planning for projects in collaboration with purchasing
• Supplier selection and coordination within projects

• Technical studies in automation technology, electrical engineering, technical computer science or comparable qualification
• Subproject and project management know‑how
• Very good knowledge of network infrastructures, configurations, protocols (switching, routing, wireless), database technologies and intelligent data processing
• Strong knowledge of building automation bus systems (BACnet, Profinet, Profibus) and planning tools
• Advantage: Siemens IT Simatic family (PCS7, WinCC, Desigo)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
