Stellenbeschreibung:
In this role you will lead end-to-end homologation programs for ADAS and automated driving systems across Europe and China, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. You work at the intersection of engineering, regulation, and customer engagement to enable timely, safe mass production readiness. You will coordinate with OEMs and authorities, translating requirements into executable plans and aligning cross‑functional teams. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that shapes how regulatory processes drive safe, scalable autonomous driving capabilities.
Verantwortungsbereiche- Manage end-to-end homologation programs for ADAS and automated driving systems (EU & China)
- Own the type approval roadmap, timeline, integration, delivery, and monitoring from concept to SOP
- Serve as single point of contact for homologation across engineering and commercial domains
- Translate regulatory and customer requirements into execution through workshops, testing, tuning, and validation
- Coordinate with OEMs, technical services, and authorities during certification phases
- Lead multi-site, cross-disciplinary teams and drive fast decision-making
- Resolve internal and external escalations to reduce delivery risk and maintain customer confidence
- Drive alignment and communication across stakeholders
- 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management (automotive or high-tech)
- Strong understanding of ADAS and automated driving development lifecycles
- Solid knowledge of European regulations (UNECE); Chinese standards are a strong plus
- Experience leading multi-site, cross-disciplinary teams and working with OEMs or certification bodies
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Willingness to travel within Europe and to China
