Senior Enterprise BDR

TIS is scaling its enterprise go-to-market organisation and is looking for a Senior Enterprise BDR (German Speaking) to drive high-quality pipeline creation across strategic accounts.

In this role, you operate at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Data , engaging with complex buying groups and turning intent into qualified opportunities. You will play a key role in helping TIS win its next generation of enterprise customers.

What you’ll do

• Generate pipeline from high-value target accounts through strategic outbound
• Identify, qualify and nurture enterprise prospects across complex organisations
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Qualify opportunities using structured frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC / SPICED)
• Partner closely with Account Executives on complex deals
• Use data and insights to optimise outreach and conversion
• Track pipeline performance and continuously improve results
• Share best practices and mentor less experienced team members.

What we’re looking for

• 3–6 years’ experience in BDR / SDR roles (preferably SaaS or Fintech)
• Proven track record in generating pipeline and exceeding targets
• Experience working on enterprise or complex sales cycles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with focus on conversion and performance
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English
