Senior Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• 1. Manage daily hardware assets including PDAs, DWS measurement systems, and automated logistics equipment. Ensure consistent operational stability and standardized daily asset management；
• 2. Lead technical optimization projects covering equipment upgrading, energy efficiency improvement, and consumption reduction. Manage maintenance execution, ensure machinery safety compliance, provide professional technical guidance, and organize daily shift arrangements；
• 3. Deliver reliable on-site technical support for all facility maintenance activities. Identify non-compliant operating procedures and implement standardized corrections to eliminate potential operational risks；
• 4. Carry out regular equipment safety audits and operational assessments. Analyze existing technical vulnerabilities and propose feasible optimization recommendations to improve overall equipment safety standards；
• 5. Equipment Acceptance: Perform systematic testing, inspection and formal acceptance for automated machinery in strict accordance with European industrial acceptance criteria, ensuring all equipment meets qualified industrial operational standards；
• 6. Preventive Maintenance: Oversee cross-site maintenance schedules, conduct periodic quality audits, and ensure all maintenance procedures are fully implemented following industrial compliance requirements；
• 7. Spare Parts Administration: Develop scientific spare parts procurement and restocking plans. Monitor inventory levels and supervise inbound & outbound logistics to maintain stable, cost-effective spare parts reserves.

Qualifications

• 1. Professional Experience: Working experience within logistics automation or industrial manufacturing sectors with hands‑on experience in automated equipment management and technical maintenance;
• 2. Technical Competencies: Proven experience in process flow optimization, intelligent sorting system management, automated facility debugging, and daily technical iteration. Familiar with European industrial safety standards is preferred;
• 3. Education: Major preferred in mechanical, electrical, and automation;
• 4. Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Mandarin is highly preferred.
