Senior Expert Corporate M&A EMEA (f/m/d)

In this role, you will drive strategy and M&A-related initiatives across the EMEA region to shape PwC’s market position. You’ll combine market analysis with deal-focused advisory to support growth, value creation, and successful integrations. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to move from strategy to execution, contributing to a dynamic deal lifecycle. • Support strategy and acquisition/carve-out projects across EMEA; identify growth opportunities and conduct market/sector analyses
• Contribute to market sizing, competitive benchmarking, portfolio reviews, and commercial due diligences
• Translate complex data into strategic recommendations to influence market position and ROI
• Build internal and external networks across PwC, advisors, and professional services firms
• Contribute to deal pipelines and value creation plans in integration and carve-out projects
• Collaborate with business units, Finance, and advisors across the deal lifecycle

• Completed or near-completion of studies in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or Natural Sciences with business focus
• 3+ years of professional experience in Strategy Consulting, Private Equity, Corporate Development or In-house M&A
• Experience across different stages of the deal lifecycle and in portfolio reviews, market assessments, commercial due diligence
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region
