Senior Expert - Hearing Assistance Technology

As Senior Expert, you will lead strategic planning and technical insight for hearing health, shaping key technologies and opportunities for global impact. You will design systems and architectures for hearing health solutions, drive research and commercialization, and build a capable team to sustain technological leadership. You will bridge industry and academia and collaborate within an international, expert research team. This role offers the chance to influence product capabilities and contribute to Huawei’s pursuit of world-class hearing health technology.

• Design hearing health systems and architectures for next-generation products
• Lead research, innovation, and commercialization of core technologies

• PhD or MSc in hearing health related fields
• minimum ten years of industry experience
• experience in planning, system and architecture design for hearing health technologies
• strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate user needs into technology decisions
