In this role you lead and execute complex audits across operations, projects, finance, and compliance, strengthening governance and risk controls. You work with stakeholders to translate findings into practical improvements and contribute to developing the Internal Control System. As a trusted advisor, you mentor teams and promote best practices to boost audit effectiveness. • Lead and execute audits across operational, project, financial, and compliance areas with assessment of governance, risks, and controls.
• Identify emerging risks and collaborate with stakeholders to design practical control improvements.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management with clear, actionable insights.
• Drive process and control improvements to enhance efficiency and ICS development.
• Act as mentor and promote collaboration and best practices across the organization.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Professional certification (CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE)
• 12+ years of internal audit experience including leading audits and managing audit teams
• Expert knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit technologies
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership
• Strategic, proactive leader with mentoring experience and a focus on continuous improvement
