Senior Expert Organizational Development & Job Architecture (x|f|m) 

In this role you will shape Sartorius’ global job architecture and role standards to enable mobility and consistency across a complex, matrix-driven organization. You’ll analyze interfaces and ways of working to boost collaboration and accelerate core processes, while applying evaluation methodologies to guide investment decisions. You will advance org development governance and diagnostics, supporting sustainable change. • Analyze organizational interfaces and decision accounts to strengthen collaboration and accelerate critical business processes
• Apply job evaluation methodologies and conduct role assessments for informed investment decisions
• Enhance organizational development methodologies, governance principles and continuous improvement
• Assess organizational changes and design proposals through diagnostics and impact analyses for sustainable implementation

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Several years of experience in Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, Organizational Consulting or related field in complex organizations
• Strong analytical skills and a structured problem-solving approach
• Ability to translate complex organizational challenges into pragmatic solutions
• Proven credibility and ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix environment
• Fluent English
