Senior Expert Payroll Solutions EMEA (x|f|m)

In this role, you will lead the harmonization of global payroll solutions and governance across EMEA, shaping scalable, compliant payroll processes. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and external providers to uplift service delivery and data quality. The position focuses on transforming payroll tech, driving standardization, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and KPIs. • Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of global payroll solutions, processes, and governance across EMEA
• Lead international HR and Payroll transformation projects with scalable, sustainable outcomes
• Act as SME for payroll processes, systems, and data flows
• Collaborate with payroll providers, HR teams, HRIT, Finance, and external partners to enhance service delivery
• Identify inefficiencies, data quality issues, and automation opportunities; translate into sustainable solutions
• Support implementation and optimization of payroll technologies and digital HR solutions
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to promote transparency, compliance, and operational excellence
• Enable data-driven decision-making through payroll and HR data analysis
• Contribute to standardization of payroll processes across countries and regions

• Academic degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable field
• Several years of experience in Payroll, Global Payroll Operations, Payroll Solutions, HRIS, HR Technology, or related field
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, governance, and data structures within an international organization
• Experience working with payroll vendors and external service providers
• Knowledge of payroll-related systems such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Alight, or comparable platforms is highly desirable
• Proven experience in driving process improvement, standardization, and transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Project management experience in international and cross-functional environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and cultures
• Fluency in English
