Senior Expert - Security Emergency Response

As Senior Expert, you will shape Huawei’s security emergency response capabilities for Europe, aligning with industry trends and cross-domain collaboration. You’ll design architecture and plans that keep emergency response current and effective, while expanding the vulnerability management and incident response ecosystem with academia and industry. You’ll guide threat information systems and ensure compliance with European regulations, contributing to a secure, globally connected product strategy. • Plan and design the security incident response architecture for the European market and develop cyber security emergency plans
• Foster collaboration with academia and industry to identify ecosystem partners and establish case-by-case collaboration and emergency response mechanisms
• Support the design and deployment of the vulnerability management and threat management information system, including key threat technologies and capabilities
• Align internal processes with industry standards and European regulatory requirements in the emergency response field
• Maintain up-to-date emergency response architecture and continuously monitor trends to improve capabilities

• 5+ years in vulnerability management, security incident response or related fields
• Active involvement in industry/standards organizations (e.g., CSAF, ISO/IEC SC 27, FIRST, TF-CSIRT)
• Deep knowledge of incident response practice and European threat information sharing communities (preferably via CERT/CSIRT experience)
• Strong English written and spoken communication; native language of a European country a plus
• Track record of contributions to the emergency response community (guidelines, trainings, publications, tooling)
• Familiarity with the software SDL process
