Overview

As Senior Expert, you shape security engineering governance to support Huawei’s E2E cybersecurity assurance framework. You will translate industry trends and regulatory requirements into practical methods and demonstrate compliance. You’ll lead policy development and promote standardization, while engaging with academia, industry partners, and regulators to strengthen trust in information systems. This is a mission-driven role at PSIRT, contributing to risk reduction and competitive advantage through advanced security engineering.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Plan and govern security engineering capabilities to align with the E2E cybersecurity assurance framework
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for security governance
Promote international standardization of security engineering methods and testing
Identify gaps in Huawei's security engineering and advocate advanced methods
Build collaboration with academia, industry partners, and regulators on security topics
Support ecosystem development with partners and drive cooperation initiatives

Zentrale Anforderungen

15+ years in cybersecurity engineering, product security, or governance
Deep understanding of network security principles
Proficiency in security technologies (cryptography, identity/auth, integrity, data security, auditing, privacy)
Experience in AI security engineering is preferred
Knowledge of European regulations (CRA, EUCC, RED) is preferred
Familiarity with ISO 27034, 27002, and NIST 800-53/800-160/800-161
Strong English proficiency
Strong design, development, build, and test practices in security engineering
