Senior Field Clinical Engineer - Talent Pool (m/f/d)

As a Senior Field Clinical Engineer, you drive clinical trial execution on-site across Germany and Europe, partnering with top cardiac centers. You will support pre- and post-market studies, bridging clinical teams and engineers to ensure study quality and patient safety. The role offers visibility within an international clinical organization and hands-on EP-related activities in cath labs. You’ll work remotely with up to 50% travel, shaping future cardiac therapies through hands-on collaboration and program leadership.

• Manage day-to-day clinical trial execution in the assigned territory
• Serve as primary clinical and technical contact for investigators and site staff
• Support site qualification, initiation, and enrollment readiness including IRB support
• Provide hands-on EP procedure support during ablation and follow-up visits
• Build long-term relationships with physicians and clinical teams
• Lead clinical initiatives and process improvements in study execution
• Collaborate with internal clinical, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in medical device industry, clinical research, field clinical engineering, or cardiac physiology
• Hands-on experience in electrophysiology (EP) ablation procedures
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with a proactive, collaborative mindset
• Strong communication skills with physicians and clinical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel within Europe
