Senior Finance Manager – Media & Marketing

• Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
• Preparation of reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Management of cash flow and working capital
• Ensuring processes comply with HGB and IFRS
• Serving as a point of contact for management, auditors, and external partners
• Analyzing profitability and financial performance
• Optimizing existing finance processes
• Leading and developing a small finance team

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a degree in economics or business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting or finance
• Several years of experience in finance or accounting
• Very good knowledge of German GAAP (HGB)
• Experience with IFRS is an advantage
• Experience with financial statements, reporting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in Excel and common ERP systems
• Strong numerical aptitude and an analytical approach to work
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Excellent English skills
• Independent, hands-on working style
