Job Title: Senior Finance Process Transformation Manager

Are you an experienced SAP Finance transformation professional who knows how to turn complex process topics into clear actions and measurable improvements?

This is not a traditional SAP FI/CO configuration role. The focus is on process management, execution and stakeholder alignment across a major global SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation.

Your role:

• Drive process performance topics across R2R, P2P and OTC.
• Manage smaller projects and workstreams independently.
• Turn process issues into clear priorities, actions and outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, IT and transformation teams.
• Track actions, risks, KPIs and delivery progress.
• Support the adoption of SAP Cloud ALM, Signavio and process performance tools.
• Prepare clear updates and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

What you bring:

• 5+ years’ SAP Finance implementation or transformation experience.
• Strong process management and project delivery skills.
• Ability to drive topics forward and maintain momentum.
• Confident communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong prioritisation, execution and follow-up skills.
• Enough SAP Finance knowledge to understand processes and challenge effectively.

Nice to have:

• KPI, dashboard or process performance experience.
• Signavio or process mining exposure.
• Experience across R2R, P2P or OTC.
