Senior Finance Specialist (Mandarin-speaking)

We are looking for a full-time Senior Finance Specialist to join our European finance team and support Autel Energy’s business operations in Germany. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors, with responsibilities covering financial reporting, tax compliance, internal controls and risk management, day-to-day financial operations, intercompany transactions, and cash flow management.

Job Description:

• Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with German regulations and the company's international reporting standards.
• Risk Management : Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Maintain a strong internal control system to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Tax Compliance : Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with Germany tax regulations, filing accurate tax returns, and minimizing tax liabilities while adhering to legal requirements.
• Financial Operations : Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and intercompany transactions, while streamlining processes for greater efficiency.
• Cash Flow Management : Monitor cash flow activities, optimize working capital, and maintain healthy liquidity levels to support business growth and investment opportunities

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, Management or a related field.
• At least 8 years relevant working experience；
• Fluent in German and English. Chinese is a must；
• Proficiency with SAP preferred.
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, PPT, Excel)
