Senior Forward Deployment Engineer

• Craft the technical foundation for new product offerings


• Work directly with clients to refine and improve solutions


• Deploy, configure, and optimize products for each Credit Union's environment


• Ramp up on Clutch's products, processes, deployment playbooks, and customer base


• Understand clients' infrastructure, business objectives, and technical needs


• Deploy and customize solutions with internal and external partners


• Independently lead deployments and integrations


• Troubleshoot and support production environments


• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and key stakeholders


• Own large-scale deployments and complex rollouts aligned with client goals


• Provide structured customer-driven feedback to product and engineering teams


• Improve deployment processes for scalability and client satisfaction

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience


• Strong command of TypeScript across the full stack, including Node.js backend and React frontend


• Native use of AI tooling in the engineering workflow


• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud


• Ability and interest to travel up to 50% to client sites, as needed


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate production systems


• Understanding of deployment, integration, and production troubleshooting


• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences


• Bias for action and client-first mindset


• Legally authorized to work in the United States
