Overview

As Senior FP&A Manager, you partner with the DACH leadership to drive planning, forecasting, and performance management across the DACH P&L. You will align with the GM and CFO and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and improve forecasting accuracy. You lead the local planning cycle, S&OP support, and month-end processes, shaping financial performance and governance. This role offers high visibility and opportunities to influence transformation initiatives and end-to-end P&L management within an international context.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning across the DACH P&L
Drive variance analysis and forecasting with cross-functional teams
Own the local finance calendar and planning milestones
Manage inputs into planning tools (Hyperion) and reconcile with prior year/forecasts
Participate in S&OP planning and provide financial guidance on risks/opportunities
Partner with Supply Chain and Category Growth to improve forecast accuracy
Translate operational and sales plans into divisional and DACH forecasts
Support decision-making through financial analysis and business insights
Coordinate month-end close activities and serve as contact for regional Finance and Accounting
Lead actual-versus-forecast reviews and variance analyses
Prepare and communicate financial reporting for senior leadership
Support Monthly Business Updates and Business Reviews with insights

Zentrale Anforderungen

Significant FP&A experience or related Finance functions
Strong understanding of P&L management and balance sheet dynamics; US GAAP knowledge
Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management
Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial performance drivers
Advanced Excel; SAP, SAP HANA, and Hyperion experience advantageous
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Fluent English; ability to operate in an international environment
