What you will be doing

• Buildingandmaintaininghigh-performance,accessiblewebsitesandwebapplications.
• Contributingtofrontend,backend,API,anddatamodeldesignandimplementation.
• DevelopingCMS-drivenwebsites,includingcontentmodelling,localisation,andeditorialworkflows.
• Implementingproductfeatures,backendfunctionality,anduserinterfaces.
• Integratingwithinternalsystems,third-partyservices,andexternalAPIs.
• SupportingSEO,performance,andaccessibilitybestpractices,includingCoreWebVitalsandWCAG2.1AA.
• Assistingwithdeployment,hosting,testing,QA,anddocumentation.
• Working independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and proactively solving problems.

We need you to have

• 5+yearsofprofessionalwebdevelopmentexperiencedeliveringproduction-readywebsitesandwebapplications.
• StrongexperiencewithReact;Next.jsstronglypreferred.
• Solidfull-stackexperiencewithTypeScript,REST/GraphQLAPIs,authentication,statemanagement,anddatabase-backedapplications.
• ExperiencewithheadlessCMSplatforms,e.g.Strapi/Contentful,includinglocalisation,editorialworkflows,previewsetups,andcustomisation.
• StrongskillsinHTML5,CSS,andmodernstylingapproachessuchasTailwindCSSorCSSModules.
• ProficiencywithGit/GitHubandcollaborativedevelopmentworkflows.
• Provenabilitytooptimiseforperformance,accessibility,andSEO.
• Experiencewithdeploymentworkflows,CI/CD,andcloud/hostingenvironments.
• Familiaritywithinternationalisation/localisationapproachesandregionalcontentrequirements.
• Strongcommunicationskills,goodjudgment,andtheabilitytoworkindependentlyandproactively.
• Comfort using AI-powered development tools is a plus.
