Senior Front End Developer – Platform Widgets

Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures
Write, test, and debug complex code for new and existing software applications
Deliver code to production according to business expectations
Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members
Conduct code reviews for code quality, security, and best practices
Manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
Create and maintain technical documentation for software development and system design
Research and implement technologies and methodologies to improve software performance and development processes
Identify and resolve complex software issues and technical challenges
Develop and enforce testing protocols for software reliability and performance
Drive continuous improvement in software development practices and processes

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role
Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, state management libraries, build tools, package managers, and web testing frameworks
Experience with microfrontend architectures and Module Federation patterns, including Webpack Module Federation, dynamic remote loading, and shared dependency management
Ability to analyze code, debug complex issues, optimize performance, and develop proofs of concept (PoCs)
Understanding of web performance metrics and browser performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), FCP, TTFB, TBT, Speed Index, TTI, bundle size, and JavaScript parsing and execution performance
Understanding of browser internals, SPAs and static websites, client-server architecture, REST APIs, SSR, web security, and UI/UX patterns
Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Upper-Intermediate English level
