Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Döhler in Darmstadt, you will own and shape complex digital solutions across frontend, backend, APIs and data models. You collaborate with architects, product owners and cross-functional teams to enable reliable, scalable delivery and high-quality software. You will mentor peers, set architectural standards and drive improvements in performance, security and developer experience. • Deliver end-to-end functionality across frontend, backend, APIs, data models and service integrations
• Take technical ownership of high-quality solutions and set standards for architecture, code quality and sustainable software design
• Support the team through code reviews, mentoring and pragmatic problem-solving in complex or ambiguous technical situations
• Build and evolve reusable platform and integration capabilities (authentication, API standards, CI/CD, observability, deployment)
• Investigate production issues and derive improvements in reliability, performance, security and developer experience
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders to evaluate technical options and enable incremental, dependable delivery

• Several years of experience developing production-grade software with Python and modern TypeScript/React
• Full software delivery lifecycle experience from design to deployment and operations
• Strong understanding of OO design, testing, API design, database modelling, asynchronous workflows and integration patterns
• Solid knowledge of Docker, GitLab CI/CD and observability in day-to-day engineering
• Ability to act as a technical reference, sharing knowledge through reviews and pairing
