Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI & Digital Platforms

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership: From vague idea to live release. Independently plan, build, and test features.
• AI-driven development: Set the standards for using coding agents (Claude, Cursor) and configure MCP servers to maximize developer velocity.
• Zero-compromise quality: Deliver 100% test coverage for critical processes (Playwright), define SLOs, and take ownership of incident responses.
• Architecture & compliance: Design GDPR-compliant systems hosted in the EU, and document decisions via ADRs.

Requirements

• Fluent in TypeScript, Next.js 15+ / React 19+, and PostgreSQL (Drizzle/Prisma).
• Proven experience shipping complex software end-to-end, ideally in high-performance or startup environments.
• Regular, day-to-day use of AI agents — know when they accelerate the process and when they become a hindrance.
• Measure success by measurable user outcomes, not by lines of code.
• Excellent English (C1+) for asynchronous documentation and business-fluent German at native-speaker level.
