Senior Full Stack Engineer (Fully Remote)

• Implement end-to-end user journeys across the full stack, with focus on administrative and core platform flows.
• Take lightweight wireframes and prototypes and translate them into working, demonstrable features.
• Rapidly prototype new flows, validate assumptions, and harden them into production-quality implementations.

Core Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React + TypeScript (Vite) and Storybook.
• Backend: .NET (Minimal APIs) and TypeScript (Node.js / Express).
• Testing: Playwright (E2E API) and Vitest.
• Primarily remote, with in-person sessions for planning and deep technical work.
• Works closely with Innovation, Design, and Technical Leadership, focused on execution.
• Values clarity, momentum, and practical outcomes over theoretical perfection.
