Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Power Platform, Copilot Studio

• Designing and implementing end-to-end solutions across the entire Power Platform, including agentic AI with Copilot Studio
• Developing multi-agent solutions, Copilot Studio agents (formerly Power Virtual Agents), Canvas apps, cloud flows, desktop flows, Dataverse artifacts, AI Builder components, business process flows, and model-driven apps
• Making architecture decisions and providing technical leadership in complex enterprise projects
• Establishing and expanding Power Platform capabilities at our clients
• Identifying automation opportunities and efficiency improvements in existing business processes
• Integrating the Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems
• Establishing best practices, governance models, Centers of Excellence, and ALM processes
• Mentoring and knowledge transfer within the team and with clients
• Continuously monitoring new Microsoft-stack features and assessing them for client use

Requirements

Several years of deep experience with the full Power Platform suite
Expertise in Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents, including multi-agent architectures
Strong knowledge of Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA), including computer use
Expertise in developing Canvas apps and model-driven apps
Solid experience with Dataverse: data modeling, security, plug-ins, and business rules
Experience with AI Builder and business process flows
ALM for Power Platform: Solutions, pipelines, Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps or GitHub
Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft 365 SDK (nice to have)
