Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/Node.js, React)

Role overview

This is a senior, hands‑on engineering role focused on designing, building, and evolving full-stack web applications that power a large-scale, data‑driven platform. The work spans frontend interfaces and backend services that connect a broad ecosystem of partners and integrate third‑party data sources at enterprise scale. It also carries architectural influence and technical leadership responsibilities within a distributed engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Ship new features and enhancements as well-tested, maintainable, and efficient code
• Partner with product managers and UX designers to deliver intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive issues and bugs to resolution
• Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and integration with external systems
• Provide technical leadership through design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement practices
• Participate in task estimation, prioritization, and planning aligned with engineering processes

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with Python and/or Node.js, plus a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Next.js
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, high-performance applications with clean, maintainable code
• Experience shaping the architecture and design of new and existing systems, including patterns for reliability and scaling
• Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration
• Hands‑on experience building secure, user‑focused interfaces grounded in UX best practices
• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS, and both SQL and NoSQL database technologies
• Leadership mindset, strong sense of ownership, and ability to guide other engineers
• Collaborative, proactive communication style suited to distributed teams
• Upper-Intermediate English
