Overview

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Scalable Capital, you will design and deliver high-impact client-facing and internal software, spanning web apps, APIs, and microservices. You’ll work across front- and back-end architectures in a regulated environment, collaborating with product, design, and data teams to create scalable, secure solutions. AI tooling is central to the role, enabling intelligent features and streamlined workflows. You’ll contribute to architectural improvements while mentoring peers and elevating engineering standards.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Build and maintain client-facing apps, internal tools, APIs, and microservices across our stack
Design and operate full-stack architectures including frontend, backend, queues, and cloud infrastructure
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Design, and Data teams to streamline complex workflows
Write clean, secure, and maintainable code with emphasis on data privacy and reliability in a regulated environment
Contribute to architectural improvements, testing, observability, and developer experience; potential to shape technical direction and mentor peers

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or comparable practical industry experience
Strong hands-on TypeScript experience with React/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js/NestJS (backend)
Experience with Kotlin or Java and production backend services (APIs, databases, serverless)
Good understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and authentication patterns (JWT)
Working knowledge of AWS, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production observability/debugging
Pragmatic mindset with strong analytical thinking and ownership from idea to production
Clear and concise communication in English
