What you bring

• Experience: Hands-on experience in full-stack development and expertise in complex architectural questions
• Tech Stack: Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, as well as modern frameworks such as React and Next.js
• Modern Web: Strong command of Headless CMS, API-first architectures, and modern deployment workflows
• Design Understanding: Deep understanding of UX/UI, technical implementation, and collaborating on creative concepts alongside our design team
• Sparring Partner: You advise internal and external stakeholders—from initial evaluation to communicating complex solutions
• Work Style: Proactivity, solution-oriented thinking, and a drive to actively shape technical standards
• Communication: Very strong German language skills paired with a clear, concise communication style
