Join our Enterprise division in Macquarie Asset Management and support our fund service and administration team. Our team’s focus and responsibility cover all management investment schemes and separately managed client activities (mandates).
The Fund Service and Administration team is responsible for the daily operations that support the Investment Functions. The team has overall responsibility for unit pricing and performance oversight, tax distributions reviews, interactions with registry, transition and implementation activities including terminations. The team also supports the launch of new products, mandates and restructures.

You will be responsible for the preparation and review of daily, monthly and quarterly unit pricing, including ETFs; review and oversight of mandate performance; review of monthly and quarterly fund distributions including preparation of funding requirements and year‑end tax statements; preparation and review of daily and monthly reporting for clients including currency overlay; and coordination of new fund and client onboarding, management of fund terminations, and liaison with central product and front‑office teams, which will include portfolio managers, risk and compliance, and our third‑party custodians.
