Senior Fund Accounting Manager (Special Funds)

We are partnering with a leading global financial services platform seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accounting Manager to join their team, supporting the delivery and oversight of their Special Funds offering .

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced fund accounting professional with strong expertise across fund operations, financial reporting and operational governance , looking to take ownership of a key area within a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee fund accounting activities across a portfolio of Special Funds
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external service providers
• Provide oversight of NAV production, financial reporting and accounting processes
• Ensure robust controls, governance frameworks and regulatory standards are maintained
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of experienced professionals
• Support audit, risk and compliance activities
• Drive operational improvements and efficiencies across fund accounting processes

Requirements

• Strong experience within fund accounting, fund administration or investment operations
• Experience working with Special Funds or complex investment structures
• Proven experience managing teams within a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of NAV, financial reporting and fund accounting processes
• Experience working with institutional clients and senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
