Senior Global Financing Consultant

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of multi-country benefits financing programs for multinational clients, with a focus on UK, Europe and Asia and up to 30% international travel. You’ll work within Global Benefits Financing to shape solutions that meet local market requirements while aligning with global standards. The position rewards collaborative, growth‑oriented teams and offers the chance to impact how global benefits are financed for large organizations. You can be based anywhere in Europe.

• Create and lead multi-country benefits financing programs for multinational clients
• Deliver global financing solutions aligned with local market requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with internal teams and external partners
• Engage with senior client stakeholders across UK, Europe and Asia
• Manage project timelines, budgets and governance for global programs
• Travel internationally up to ~30% to support program delivery
• Monitor regulatory and market developments to ensure compliant, scalable solutions

• Knowledge and experience of global health and benefits insurance
• Proven experience delivering global benefits financing solutions for large multinational companies
• Knowledge of local employee benefits practice and requirements in key international markets
• Experience gained in an employee benefits broker
