About the Role

At LivaNova, we are looking for a Senior Global Marketing Manager – Digital Solutions to drive the global marketing strategy for our digital solutions portfolio, with a strong focus on software, data and value-based healthcare.

This is an opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to the way digital solutions are positioned, launched and developed in a global healthcare environment.

You will work with global stakeholders and lead a team of two product management professionals, helping translate digital capabilities into compelling market propositions and sustainable business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global marketing strategy for the digital solutions portfolio, with a focus on software, data and value-based healthcare.
• Lead software commercialization activities, translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Support the launch and growth of digital products, leveraging software business models such as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to align product positioning, marketing priorities and commercialization plans.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the value proposition of digital solutions and communicate their relevance to customers and the healthcare environment.
• Lead and support two direct reports

Your Profile

• Proven experience in Product Marketing, Product Management or a related commercial role, with hands-on experience launching software products.
• Strong understanding of software business models, particularly SaaS, subscriptions and recurring revenue.
• Experience developing product positioning, value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
• Some people management experience is desirable; the ability and motivation to develop as a leader are also valued.
• Willingness to travel internationally at least 50% of the time and flexibility to work across global time zones when required. Proximity to an international airport is an advantage.

Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Base salary range (Italy): €72,000 - €107,000

Base salary range (UK): £78,000 - £115,000

Bonus target: 15% (note that actual percentage may vary based on business and program considerations)
