Senior Global Mobility Tax Consultant

In this role, you will provide expert global mobility and expatriate tax advisory to clients, from strategy through execution. You’ll work within a mobility tax team to shape tax residence considerations, cross-border implications, social security, equity plans and assignment-package structures. You will develop account strategies to boost service satisfaction and tax efficiency, and coach junior professionals to build a capable mobility practice. You’ll lead or participate in client meetings to strengthen relationships and drive impactful outcomes. • Advise clients on global mobility tax issues including tax residence, cross-border implications, social security, equity plans, and assignment-package structures
• Develop account strategies and plans to increase service satisfaction and product usage
• Develop effective tax minimisation strategies
• Coach and mentor junior mobility tax professionals
• Lead or participate in client meetings to enhance relationships

• Previous global mobility experience with a focus on individual tax advisory support
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and portfolio management skills
