The Background:

Reporting to the Global Mobility Tax Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with a broad range of global mobility & expatriate tax advisory issues from strategy to execution. The successful candidate will not be responsible for tax compliance issues.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Advising clients on a wide range of global mobility tax issues including: tax residence matters, cross-border tax implications, social security matters, equity plans, taxable benefits and structure of assignment packages and tax reconciliation processes.

Develop account strategies and plans to increase service satisfaction and increase product usage

Coach & mentor junior mobility tax professionals

Lead / participate in client meetings to enhance relationships

The Person:

The successful candidate must have previous global mobility experience with a focus on individual tax advisory support. Applicants must be team players with strong leadership, analytical, communication and portfolio management skills.
