Senior GLPI technical consultant (H/F)

About the Company

For one of our clients, a well-established organisation based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an experienced GLPI Technical Consultant to support a short-term project involving the implementation and optimisation of IT service management processes.

GLPI Technical Consultant

Duration: 2 months

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of the technical implementation and configuration of the GLPI solution, including:

• Designing and implementing a service catalogue
• Configuring and optimising workflows and automation processes
• Integrating GLPI with existing internal systems and tools
• Supporting the structuring and improvement of IT service management processes
• Ensuring efficient coordination between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Providing technical guidance on automation best practices and implementation

Your Profile

• Proven experience with GLPI administration and implementation
• Strong technical background in ITSM tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Workflow design and automation
  • System integration
  • Service catalogue configuration
• Good understanding of automation practices and process optimisation
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Language

• Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written)
