We are looking for a (Senior) Growth Manager in Munich to drive strategic initiatives that fuel Sinpex’s expansion. In this role, you will take ownership of key growth activities, combining sales execution, partner management, and strategic analysis to accelerate our business. You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize processes, develop scalable strategies, and build strong relationships with partners and potential customers.

What you will do

  • You take ownership of identifying and engaging the right prospects — from building targeted lead lists to creating the first conversation that opens doors with decision‑makers.
  • Own Partner & Customer Relationships – Be the go‑to person for our partners and potential customers. Your mission: find the right approach, build trust, and close the deal.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor – Be a sparring partner for potential customers, guiding them through KYC/KYB challenges and helping them understand how Sinpex can create the most value for their business.
  • Identify and Seize Opportunities – Spot growth potential, develop strategies, and proactively drive growth.
  • Support High‑Impact Deals – Work closely with management on strategic negotiations, preparing data‑driven analyses and structuring complex insights to drive key business decisions.

What you will need

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding academic achievements.
  • First professional experience in sales, business development, or the financial services industry (e.g. banking, payment providers).
  • A strong hunter mentality – you enjoy proactive outreach, cold calling, and building relationships from scratch.
  • You combine strong communication skills with an analytical mindset and are comfortable using tools like Excel or CRM systems to drive results.
  • Technical curiosity – you are eager to understand and explain our complex product to potential customers.
  • High resilience and drive – you thrive in a dynamic sales environment and don’t shy away from ambitious targets.
  • Fluency in German and English to confidently navigate an international business environment.
  • Eligibility: Available only to EU citizens or those with the necessary work permit to work within the EU.
