AsageneralistSeniorHumanResourcesAdvisoryouwillplayavitalroleinshapingeffectiveandpositiveemploymentrelationships.Thisisahands-onrolewhereyouwillprovideexpertadviceandguidancetoemployeesandmanagersonawiderangeofHRmatters.Youwillsupportwithhandlingcomplexdisciplinaryandgrievancecasestoleadingorganisationalchangeinitiatives,drivingperformanceimprovementsandsupportingemployeeswithhealthandlong-termabsenceissues.

TheidealcandidatewillpossessastrongblendofHRandorganisationalskillsandtherolewouldsuitanenthusiastic,organisedindividualwithadesiretolearnandtakeonnewchallengesinavarietyoftaskswhilstworkinginaconstantlychangingenvironment.

What We Are Looking For?

PreviousgeneralistHRexperience(4+yearspreferably)

ExperiencewithHRsystems,payrollandHRDatabases(knowledgeofADPwouldbearealadvantage)

Theabilitytoworkindependentlyandinitiatenewprojects.

GoodMSofficeandexcellentcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal

Bachelor'sdegreeorrelevantexperience

Strongorganisational,criticalthinkingandcommunicationsskills

FluentinEnglishaswellasGerman
