• Act as strategic People Partner for senior R&D and Technology leaders on organizational strategy, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and long-term growth
• Design scalable structures, operating models, leadership layers, and talent strategies to support rapid growth and increasing complexity
• Lead people aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integrations, ensuring onboarding, alignment, culture integration, and retention
• Collaborate with executives to forecast capability needs and develop workforce strategies for critical engineering and tech talent
• Drive organizational transformation, aiding leaders in change management, redesign, and prioritization in a fast-growth tech setting
• Challenge leadership with data-driven insights to inform organizational effectiveness, succession, and capability development
• Build scalable leadership and talent frameworks to sustain innovation, performance, and growth across R&D functions
• Ensure people strategy aligns with business strategy, translating goals into long-term initiatives for growth and competitive advantage
• Advise during periods of expansion, supporting international growth and integration of new business units
• Continuously assess organizational health to improve collaboration, agility, and execution across technology and R&D

• 10+ years in senior HRBP, Organizational Development, Transformation, or People Strategy roles in high-growth tech environments
• Proven track record supporting executive teams in Engineering, Software, Aerospace, Robotics, Defense, Deep Tech, Semiconductor, or similar R&D-heavy industries
• Significant experience with rapid scaling, international growth, and complex transformation programs
• Successful leadership of the people side of M&A and post-merger integration
• Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession, and strategic talent management
• Ability to influence senior executives through a consultative and data-driven approach
• Deep understanding of how world-class R&D organizations operate across growth phases
• Exceptional stakeholder management with credibility at Executive and Board levels
• Fluent in German and English
