Position

Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

Act as a competent partner in employment law matters, working closely with the works council, HR management and site leadership to enhance workplace environment and foster positive employee relations.
Work closely with managers in your area of responsibilities and support them in carrying out their management duties.
Ensure the seamless execution of all operational personnel processes at the sites in the responsible region.
Establish effective working relationships with employees at all levels, in particular through regular presence at the locations.
Organize and implement HR projects in cooperation with operational areas.
Resolve multi-faceted employee concerns, including complaints and complex disciplinary issues.
Analyze data and prepare reports on key figures and implementing policies.

Region

Unna, Werne, Dortmund and surrounding area.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Knowledge of national and local employment laws and regulations.
Experience as an HR generalist.
Experience supporting large hourly workforces.
Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Experience leading prioritization of tasks, team scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
Proficient in English and German writing and editing with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Experience assessing management and executive talent.
Experience with compensation planning, negotiation, and implementation.
