Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) – Focus R&D

As a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you act as a trusted sparring partner for our leadership team – particularly within the R&D organization – and actively shape an impactful, scalable HR Business Partnering function.

You work closely with the business, establish clear standards in collaboration, and ensure that HR is perceived as a true enabler of growth, performance, and organizational development. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution and are visible in driving operational excellence.

What is your Day to Day Mission: Strategic HR Business Partnering (R&D Focus): You independently support selected business areas – especially within Engineering and R&D – and advise leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, as well as talent, performance, and change topics.

What you bring to the team: HR Business Partnering in R&D / Tech: Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally working closely with Engineering or R&D teams.

• Understanding of R&D Organizations: Experience with the challenges of scaling development organizations (e.g., role models, career paths) and translating them into effective HR solutions.

• Organizational Development & Performance: Hands-on experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and performance & development processes – ideally in a tech-driven environment.

• Change & Project Experience: Proven track record in implementing HR initiatives and supporting change processes in dynamic environments.

• Data & Tools Affinity: Confident use of HR tools (e.g., Leapsome or similar) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Hands-on & Stakeholder Management: Structured, execution-driven working style and the ability to advise and challenge engineering leaders at eye level.

• Languages: Fluent in German and English.
