About you

As a generalist Senior Human Resources Advisor you will play a vital role in shaping effective and positive employment relationships. This is a hands-on role where you will provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers across a wider range of HR matters. You will support with handling complex disciplinary and grievance cases while leading organisational change initiatives, driving performance improvements and supporting employees with health and long-term absence issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of HR and organisational skills and the role would suit an enthusiastic, organised individual with a desire to learn and take on new challenges in a variety of tasks while working in a constantly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching and advising line managers on people matters.
• Working collaboratively with senior leaders to deliver the People Strategy.
• Managing and progressing ER case work.
• Providing support across HR projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous generalist HR experience (4+ years preferably).
• Experience with HR systems, payroll and HR databases (knowledge of ADP would be an advantage).
• The ability to work independently and initiate new projects.
• Good MS Office skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Fluent in English as well as German.
