Senior Immigration Paralegal: H-1B, L-1, PERM, O-1, E, P Visas (Remote/Flexible Schedule)

Role Description

This is a part-to-full-time remote position for a Senior Immigration Paralegal specializing in at least several of the above visa types. The role involves preparing and filing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, drafting legal documentation, conducting research on complex immigration issues, and liaising with clients and government agencies to ensure proper case management. This is a flexible schedule position, perfect for candidates who excel in a self-managed remote work environment, but still likes collaborating with a team. This role will prepare cases from start to finish, under the direction of attorneys.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Immigration Law, including in-depth knowledge of H-1B, L-1, PERM, O-1, E, and P visa categories
• Proficiency in the preparation and filing of Legal Documents related to immigration petitions and applications (forms, letters, petition packets)
• Comprehensive understanding of U.S. immigration processes, including handling complex Immigration Issues
• Strong legal research and analytical skills, particularly in visa-related cases
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant paralegal certification required
• Excellent organization and communication skills to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Previous experience working remotely and independently
• Must be familiar and willing to use online immigration case management systems (Docketwise, Clio, Monday)
